Tests of carbon monoxide fire detectors
The performance of fire detectors is tested according to the standard EN 50291-1+A1:2012 Electrical apparatus for detection of carbon monoxide in domestic premises – Part 1: Test methods and performance requirements. The tests are conducted in a special testing chamber inside of the fume hood of Eurofins Experts Services test laboratory. Please contact us for more information.
Tests of portable fire extinguishers
We perform approval tests on portable fire extinguishers according to the standard EN 3-7. We are accredited to perform tests to verify the functionality of the portable fire extinguishers.
Stove guard testing
We perform testing according to EN 50615:2015 – Hosehold and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Particular requirements for devices for fire prevention and suppression for electric hobs (cooktops). The testing is performed in our new test facility for stove guards. The test facility includes a test kitchen where devices with a capability of preventive power cut-off and extinguishing charge can be tested.
