One of the areas that European directives requires to test is product safety.
Our accredited electrical safety testing portfolio includes the following standards:
- IEC/EN 61010-1 (measurement, control and Laboratory) standard
- IEC/EN 62368-1 audio/video, information and communication technology equipment standard
- IEC/EN 62368-3 standard that contains requirements for devices that use for their power supply communication ports and cables, such as PoE devices
These can be performed as part of official testing for regulatory requirements or as part of your pre-evaluation during the product development process.
NRTL
Eurofins Electrical and Electronic Testing NA is a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) recognized by OSHA (American Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
This means that based on our accredited testing, you can apply for Eurofins Electrical and Electronic Testing NA NRTL certification for the US and Canadian market.
